Meet Juanita j. White
Under Ms. White’s leadership, Connect & Serve is creating a future where no one faces poverty alone. By offering programs such as mentorships, parenting workshops, and apprenticeships, the organization strengthens families and empowers individuals to break generational cycles of poverty.

Her belief is simple yet profound: “No man is an island. We can’t do life alone.” With her unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience, Ms. White is building a legacy of hope, equity, and transformation.
