Mission Statement
The Communities of Value and Empowerment (COVE) Collective is a purpose-driven alliance dedicated to addressing concentrated poverty and fostering sustainable change in cv. We empower families, organizations, and neighborhoods by creating collaborative, community-focused solutions that enhance education, economic security, safety, and quality of life.
Our purpose is to empower communities to break cycles of poverty through strategic action, collective leadership, and accountability that raises “the villagers” to raise the children.
